in 200 B.C.
The Great Wall: View one of the wonders of the world, The
Great Wall of China, built 2,000 years ago and extending across mountains
and valleys for 3,000 miles.
- Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square: Enter the Forbidden
City built during the Ming Dynasty (1403 to 1424)—surrounded by both
a moat and protective wall. The City was accessible only to
emperors and members of the imperial court until 1949. Experience
Tiananmen Square with its ancient and modern political history.
- Confucius Museum: Visit the home and museum of Confucius,
a famous philosopher (551-479 B.C.).
