  • Use this form to request no more than a book, conference proceedings or newspapers on microfilm.  You may order up to 5 books at a time - use the back button and clear the Title, Author, Call # cells and proceed using your information already entered.

  • Please make sure you hold a current 2001/2002  GBC Library Card - it will have a red dot on the back. (Students, Faculty, and  Staff)

  • You will be contacted when your item comes in so you can pick it up at the Library Circulation Desk or if you are a Distant Student the item will be mailed to you or sent to your local GBC center.
