Course Level/Course Section Exchange

During the second week of the fall and spring semesters, you may, without financial penalty, drop one course as long as you add a replacement course with the same prefix. To make a course or section exchange during the second week of the semester, you must fill out the Course Level Exchange form, which has additional details and instructions. The completed form must be submitted to the Admissions and Records Office or your local GBC center by 5:00 p.m. on Friday of the second week of the semester.
