My Internet Explorer Browser Cannot Access
the MyGBC Self-Service Center |
Microsoft has recently released an update to the Internet Explorer browser that prevents it from accessing the MyGBC Self-Service Center. If you have downloaded the browser update, or if your computer is set to install Microsoft updates automatically, you may experience this problem.
System Computing Services is working on a fix for this issue, and it is possible that Microsoft itself may send out a fix.
In the meantime, you will need to download and install a different browser. We suggest you download and install the Firefox browser, which has no access issues with MyGBC. It's available, free, at the link below:
