Fees/Tuition for Credit-Earning Classes -- Nevada Residents
The fees listed in the Schedule for
each class assume Nevada Residency. They are calculated as follows:

Non-residents pay the class fees published in the Schedule,
plus the following non-resident surcharges, depending upon residency status, and any applicable lab fees:

Note: The non-resident surcharge for Internet courses is reduced -- $30/credit or $49.25/credit for upper-division.
Exceptions
Some students and classes receive special fee considerations:
- Nevada high school students pay only a flat fee of $25.00 for interactive video or Internet courses (section number "K" courses), plus lab fees if applicable.
- Senior citizens over the age of 62 are exempt from regular fees, other than a $4.00/course technology fee ($5.50 beginning Fall, 2009), plus whatever computer and lab fees apply to courses taken. This applies to all regular courses. Fees for non-credit Community Service Courses are not discounted.
Application and Late Fees
- Non-refundable application for admission fee: $10.00
- Late fee: $25.00
- Reinstatement fee: $75.00
Community Service Courses
Varying fees are cited in the Schedule for not-for-credit classes. Residency requirements do not apply to these courses.
