Academic Honesty

Academic honesty and integrity are fundamental values of Great Basin College and the Nevada System of Higher Education. Students are expected to conduct themselves with honesty, trust, fairness, respect, responsibility, and integrity in all academic work. Academic dishonesty, including but not limited to cheating, plagiarism, unauthorized collaboration, falsification of information or research, fraudulently obtaining grades, or assisting others in such acts, is prohibited. Violations of academic integrity may result in disciplinary action in accordance with NSHE and Great Basin College policies and procedures.
