Who are the Classified Staff?

Classified Staff supports Great Basin College in all facets of this institution and in the communities that GBC provides service. The Classified Staff funds the Classified Memorial Scholarship and various projects to benefit the college as well as the community. Membership consists of all State of Nevada classified employees of GBC who are employed in a permanent part-time or full-time position. The officers of the Classified Council volunteer to serve for one year, representing all rights and interests of the Classified Staff of GBC. The Classified Council serves as an advisory group to the President of GBC.
