It is our pleasure to provide convenient, safe, affordable housing for single students, married students with or without children, and single parents. Student housing promotes learning and provides social interaction to facilitate student success. Living on campus means the convenience of being within walking distance to campus amenities, and easy access to events!

Important Dates

• Deadline to withdraw without cancellation charge: January 1st
• Spring Move-In CTE Students: January 5th
• Spring Move-In : January 15th - 16th
• Spring Married & Family Move-in : January 15th
• Deadline to withdraw with cancellation charge: January 31st
• Summer Housing Applications begin : April 15th
• Spring 2026 Last day to move out May 15th
• Fall Housing Applications begin May 18th

Dorms

• Griswold Double (Can have a roommate placed): Rent - $1,871.10 per semester, per student. Deposit - $250.
• Griswold Single (No roommate): Rent - $2,539.95 per semester. Deposit - $250.

Apartments

• College Parkway (Can have 1-2 roommates placed, can not rent entire apartment alone): Rent - $2,539.95 per semester, per student. Deposit - $350.
• Married and Family two bedroom: Rent - $866.25 per month. Deposit - $500.
• Married and Family three bedroom: Rent - $918.75 per month. Deposit - $500.
• Summer Student Housing (non M/F residents): Rent - $444.44 per month.

There is a Processing fee of $50 for all applications.
