GBC Data Dashboards
In a quest to be a data-driven and data-informed institution, the Office of Institutional Research and Effectiveness is introducing several Great Basin College(GBC) specific data dashboards to support the use of data and analytics into decision-making cycles. The purpose of GBC's dashboards are to compile key metrics in a simple and easy to interpret interface so that GBC faculty and staff can quickly and visually see how the college is doing across a variety of key performance indicators, strategic metrics, and other key data points (West, 2012). The current dashboards include Class Capacity, Fall and Spring Daily Enrollment Dashboards, DWF Grade Dashboard, and Semester Headcount Trends Dashboard. Additional dashboards are forthcoming.
