Configuring Your Browser for the MyGBC Self-Service Center
Configuring your Browser
For best results while using your browser with MyGBC please do the following:
- Allow JavaScript
- Accept cookies
- Turn off pop-up blocking
If you are having problems loading the page try clearing the cache and browsing history in the browser you are using. If you do not know how, learn how to clear your browser's cache. Once you clear the cache close the browser and try to log in again.
- Firefox from version 7 (Configure Firefox)
- Internet Explorer from version 7 (Configure Internet Explorer)
- Safari from version 3 (Configure Safari)
MyGBC is best viewed with screen resolution set to 1024 x 768 or higher.
Display viewing properties altered from default settings may not allow all information to be viewable without scrolling.
Some documents inside MyGBC are in PDF format and require the free Adobe Reader software to open.
