UNICEF - For Every Child

A paid internship is being offered by UNICEF! As an intern, you will analyze data, examine research and government policies, and gather information from residents about the city's needs, Interviewing key city stakeholders and summarizing research. In our city, interns will play an important role in some of the most important decisions. Each child will benefit from the perspectives and expertise of the student. Are there any students who are interested in this? Could you please share it with them?

Candidates should be highly reliable, independent, and professional. There is a strong need for interns with an interest in key city-issue areas, such as education, the economy, housing, and health. Stipends will be paid weekly.

Interns will work 10-12 hours a week from March until August. Starting in February, interested applicants will be able to apply (tentative dates are February 20 - March 20). The application details of students will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Please refer to the email below for application information including a copy of your Resume/CV.

U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service Fellowships

Do Work That Really Matters

If you're looking for career paths with the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (FWS) with an academic twist, their fellowship programs might just be your thing! Take the Maintenance and Infrastructure Fellows Program (MIFP)—it's like a grad-level cohort where you team up with bright minds to tackle mission-driven projects. Think maintenance, engineering, data crunching, geology, hydrology, GIS, construction management, or admin work, all with that interdisciplinary, research-heavy edge. These fellowships are hosted at refuges or regional offices nationwide, giving you a chance to apply your academic hustle in real-world settings!

These FWS fellowships are legit—fully paid with benefits, travel, and housing all covered, so you can focus on the good stuff! They usually run for 6 months (26 weeks), but there's a chance to stretch it up to 3 years. You'll be doing meaningful, hands-on work at a wildlife refuge or regional office somewhere across the U.S., blending rewarding work with real-world impact in some seriously cool locations!
