Full Commercial Rate: Usage by any political, commercial, or profit-oriented event, or any event where building space is used for a "for profit" purpose where fees are charged for attendance.

 

Category 2
Non-Profit: Usage by fraternal orders, religious, charitable, literary, or scientific associations, state, county, city, or other governmental entities, municipal corporations, districts, and agencies.

Personnel Charges

Personnel charges are billed in advance based on anticipated staffing needs and the reserved event
length, not actual hours worked. Any additional time required beyond what was billed will be invoiced
separately after the event.
