Facilities Reservation Request
Great Basin College offers a variety of spaces for meetings, conferences, training sessions, and special events.
To request use of a campus facility, please complete the Room Reservation Request Form.
Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee approval or space availability.
Reservations are confirmed only after all required documentation has been received and approved. You will receive a confirmation email from GBC Facilities once your reservation has been approved.
Use the form below to request rooms for special events, with the following exceptions:
- If your request requires Interactive Video (IAV) to other locations, please e-mail Alberto Jimenez at alberto.jimenez@gbcnv.edu with your request.
- For Theater requests, please download and print a Theater Request Form, then email the completed form to: gbc-room@gbcnv.edu
Facility Use Guidelines
- Food and beverages are not permitted in academic and instructional spaces
without prior authorization. - Alcoholic beverages may only be served or consumed with prior approval from the President's Office.
- Events scheduled outside normal college operating hours may incur additional fees.
- Room occupancy may not exceed the posted maximum capacity.
- The individual or organization reserving the facility is responsible for any damage incurred during the event.
- GBC reserves the right to modify or cancel a reservation when necessary.
