Facilities Reservation Request

Great Basin College offers a variety of spaces for meetings, conferences, training sessions, and special events.

To request use of a campus facility, please complete the Room Reservation Request Form.

Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee approval or space availability.

Reservations are confirmed only after all required documentation has been received and approved. You will receive a confirmation email from GBC Facilities once your reservation has been approved.

Use the form below to request rooms for special events, with the following exceptions:

Facility Use Guidelines

  • Food and beverages are not permitted in academic and instructional spaces
    without prior authorization.
  • Alcoholic beverages may only be served or consumed with prior approval from the President's Office.
  • Events scheduled outside normal college operating hours may incur additional fees.
  • Room occupancy may not exceed the posted maximum capacity.
  • The individual or organization reserving the facility is responsible for any damage incurred during the event.
  • GBC reserves the right to modify or cancel a reservation when necessary.
  • Additional requirements may apply. Please refer to the reservation request form for complete reservation requirements and documentation.
