The GBC Computing Help Desk can assist you with

  • Logging into the MyGBC Self-Service Center (for help with registering, paying fees, or other functions in MyGBC, please see the section below).
  • Questions about WebCampus not answered in the WebCampus Help pages.
  • Basic support for common computer applications.
  • Questions about GBC computing labs.

Resident students are provided with addtional services:

  • Virus protection and removal attempt
  • Windows update services
