For Both Internet and LiveNet Classes...
You will need:
- A computer with minumum specifications shown in the box at left.
- An Internet connection. Some courses may require a high speed connection (e.g., DSL, high speed wireless, or satellite)
To be sure your computer is ready for online courses, click on WebCampus, then click Browser Check at upper right of the WebCampus screen. This will determine whether you computer is properly equipped for Internet courses.
Additional Equipment Needs for LiveNet
Before the semester begins, click here to configure your computer for LiveNet.
You will also need a microphone headset, which you can check out from any GBC campus or arrange to have mailed to you by contacting the helpdesk.
